Vacation Rental Description

This lovely new 2bed/2bath home is located in the Del Webb's Sun City  
Shadow Hills Golf Course Community. This is a 55 plus age restricted  
community where one renter must be 55 or over.  
 
This home is completely furnished with everything you will need.  
Walking distance to the club house.  
 
Two bedrooms, Master Bedroom has large walk in closet and holds a  
Queen Size bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed. Fully equipped  
kitchen that looks out into the living room. Indoor washer/dryer,  
Linens Provided, 42 Inch Flat Screen TV, Cable, DVD Player. BBQ Grill  
with lovely new patio furniture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walking distance to the clubhouse equipped with heated indoor and  
outdoor pools and spas, huge exercise facility, aerobics room, tennis  
courts, billiards, bocce ball, and public golf course. 
 
There is a $50 renters card fee to use ammentities.

Activities and Attractions

There are Classic Golf Tournements from January to March in the area  
as well as Casino Gambling and Entertainment within 5 minutes driving  
time in either direction. Numerous restaurants in the area to choose  
from. Don't forget to stop by the newly remodeled Golf Course Club  
House for your dining pleasure.

Vacation Rental Rates

November-April $2500 per month  June-September plus utilities 
May-October    $1500 per month 
 
$500 security deposit is required to secure your vacation rental  
reservation. $100 non refundable cleaning fee. 
 
Security deposit will be returned within fourteen (14) days of your  
departure pending all real and personal property are in the same  
condition as when occupancy commenced. 
 
The entire rental fee is due 45 days prior to your vacation arrival  
date. 
 
Cancellations received 90 days or less from arrival date shall be  
subject to a $500 cancellation fee.  We will return deposit in the  
event the unit is re-rented.
