Condo is centrally located and is convenient to historic downtown Fernandina Beach, and other Island attractions. Shopping, dining, and outdoor activities nearby.

 Large furnished deck allows for outdoor dining and a great ocean view. Outdoor shower available for after-beach clean up.

Everything you need is provided.Central air and heat, 3 ceiling fans, all utilities (except long distance) phone service, bed linens and towels, cable TV, DVD, cable computer hook-up available, blender, microwave, washer and dryer, coffee maker, cookware, flatware, china, glasses, books, beach chairs and
towels. All the basics needed to make your island vacation a pleasant experience.

Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach provide many activities for the visitor. Going to the beach for swimming, sunbathing, walking, shell and shark tooth collecting, and building sand castles. Movies, many restaurants, horseback riding, bike riding , exploring Fort Clinch (Civil War fort), shopping, airplane tours, exploring the historic area, going to the Museum of History, art galleries, a bird sanctuary, deep sea and surf fishing, boating, surfing, kayaking, tennis, golf and the list of activities goes on and
on.....

Winter Rates: Oct thru Apr - $500 per week, $1550 per month
Summer Rates: May thru Sept - $800 per week, $2450 per month
Security deposit of $100 per week, $450 per month due upon signing of lease. Security
deposit will be returned after unit has been inspected for damages.
