Great winter rental; clean, convenient, and affordable. 

First floor nicely furnished condo, with 2 bedrooms, 1 receently 
remodeled bathwith walk in shower. The condo is located across the 
street from the beautiful beach on S. Fletcher Ave. Well equipped 
kitchen,living room/dining room that is clean, and comfortable. 
Condo is centrally located convenient to historic downtown Fernadina 
Beach, and other Island attractions. Shopping, dining, and outdoor 
activities nearby. Covered, furnished deck allows for outdoor 
dining. Outdoor shower available for after beach clean up.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air and heat,3 ceiling fans, all utilities except long 
distance phone service, bed linens and towels, cableTV, DVD,
cable computer hook-up available ,blender, micrwave, new washer and 
dryer, coffee maker, cookware, flatware, china, glasses,  books, 
beach chairs and towels. All the basics needed to make your island 
vacation a pleasant experience.

Activities and Attractions

Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach provides many activities for the 
visitor. Going to the beach for swimming, sunbathing, walking, shell 
and shark teeth collecting, and building sand castles. Movies, many 
restaurants, horseback riding, bike riding(3 available),exploring 
the Civil War Fort, shopping, airplane tours, exploring the historic 
area, going to the Museum of History, art galleries, a bird 
sanctuary, deep sea and surf fishing, boating, surfing, kayaking, 
tennis, golf and the list of activities goes on and on.....

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates: Oct-Apr - $500per week, $1550 per month

Summer Rates: May-Sept - $800 per week, $2450 per month

Security deposit of $100 per week, $450 per month due upon signing 
of lease. Security deposit will be returned after unit has been 
inspected for damages.
No pets - No smoking
