Sea Casa Gulf view quiet private home,dog friendly in Cape San Blas

The Sea Casa is one of the most delightful homes at the beach. It is a product of pure love by the owners who take special care to maintain it. It is tastefully decorated with personal touches and
more than adequate furnishings  handmade quilts and old Florida decor.

The kitchen has a large island with and extra sink for food preparation or bar area. It is fully furnished with a smooth top range, microwave, coffemaker, icemaker and many other amenities for your cooking enjoyment. There is room to serve 6 people for meals.

The living room is roomy and has a queen sofa bed, a large flat screen cable TV and DVD. The master bedroom has a king bed and cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and large closet.

 There is a nice screened porch with table and chairs and also an open deck where you can catch some rays from the sun and see the Gulf. A washer and dryer is on the main floor for your convenience.We have a new enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower for you to enjoy!  A 1/2 minute walk awards you with a most delightful vista of white sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets.

 Be careful..you will fall in love with it and want to return to the Sea Casa! ...every year!

The Sea Casa features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, island with prep sink and lots of extras. There is central air and heat and also ceiling fans in the living
room and both bedrooms. We now offer free long distance to USA and Canada and high speed internet

The living room has a 32" flat screen HD TV, cable TV a DVD and hi-speed internet. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, full closet, and cable TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed 

The home has hi-speed internet, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a charcoal grill, and lots of other fun toys like 2 cable TV's, games, puzzles, a book library and a stereo. There is a washer/dryer on the main floor, a one car garage and plenty of parking for a boat. A nice boardwalk has been built for access to the beach.

Travel insurance is available. Call for details.  Please respect our managements non-
smoking policy. Dogs only! Please do not bring a cat. Owner is very allergic to cats.

The beach in this area is loaded with shells and is great for surf fishing. It is not unusual to see dophins swimming by close to shore. The home faces the West so the sunsets are fantastic. There is surfing, kayaking, golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking and many other activities on the Cape. There is a nice grocery store in Port St. Joe called the Piggly Wiggly and several restaurants. The Sea Casa is about 4 miles from the St.Joe Park where you can go exploring and snorkeling on the Bay or explore the dunes on the Gulf side. Apalachicola is about a 20 minute drive and sports many small  shops and historical interest.

We generally rent from Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally Sunday to Sunday. Please call for winter monthly rates.
Non-refundable dog fee, $111.00 including tax. We accept upto two medium sized dogs. Sorry, no cats. Owner allergic.  Non-smoking
