size beds and flat screen tv's. Kitchen and baths have granite.  
Kitchen fully equipped.  Washer and dryer in unit.  Gated community 
with assigned parking under lighted carports.  Living room has new 
sofa bed.

Activities and Attractions

Las Vegas Shopping and Casinos just minutes away. Pool and hot tub, 
fitness center.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rate is $125 per night Sunday thru Thursday and $150 per night
Friday and Saturday, and , with a two  night minimum.  Weekly rates is 
$750 to $850 and varies with season.  Monthly rental is $1850 to 
$1900 per month.  Some days may be higher New Years for example.
