Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, third floor condo with elevator access is located in 
Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club a gated, golf & tennis community.  
The club house has a full restaurant, bar, pro shop, exercise room, 
olympic sized pool, billiards, card room, and banquet facilities. 
The inner community has a heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and 
beautiful tropical foliage and flowers. The property is a 5 minute 
drive from Naples beaches and exclusive 5th Avenue shopping.  There 
are numerous restaurants, cultural attractions including art 
exhibits, the Philharmonic Center and the Naples Zoo all within a 
short drive from this property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo overlooking the 7th green is beautifully appointed with 
comfortable furniture and funishings throughtout the home. There are 
three televisions (27", 25" and 15"), one is in the living room with 
a dvd/vcr player, one in the den, and one in the master bedroom. 
There are radios, large screened-in lanai with table and chairs and 
chaise lounge, ceiling fans in every room. The master bedroom has a 
queen sized bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and 
the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The unility room has 
a full size stackable washer and dryer. Linens, towels, beach 
chairs/umbrella, a fully stocked kitchen and much more are available 
for you use.

Activities and Attractions

The 18 hole golf course is beautifully maintained and challenging.  
A tennis court, heated pool, and jacuzzi are just steps away from 
this home.  Another olympic size pool, billiards, restaurants, bar, 
exercise room, and pro shop are located in the community, all for 
your use.  The $100.00 golf membership transfer fee entitles you and 
your golf partner to play at a nominal fee.  The beautiful Naples 
beaches and Naples Pier are only a five minute drive away.  So take 
that drive to see the dolphins play and watch the most spectacular 
sunsets!!
