Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Two Bedroom, Two Bath condo on 2nd  floor (top floor) with 
1100 square feet of comfortable and relaxing living space.  

Heated Pool is immediately  outside and the beach is 342 steps away.  
Condo is tiled  and has new leather furniture.  A screened lanai 
faces the golf course and lake with gorgeous sunset views.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player Included.  Kitchen is fully stocked 
with dishes,pans and appliances.  Washer and dryer in condo in 
utility room.  Screened lanai includes patio furniture and overlooks 
pool area and golf course.  FREE Private tennis court outside your 
front door. New Stainless barbeque grills are poolside.

Four seated dining table in dining area and kitchen bar. Inside the 
unit is laundry room with full size washer and dryer and storage for 
beach items.

Grocery shopping within walking distance.  

The quiet atmosphere at this complex will make you want to return 
each year.

Activities and Attractions

Huthcinson Island is a sun-filled paradise on Flordia's Treasure 
Coast.  Boating, beaching, fishing and swimming make up the bulk of 
the water based activities.  Wine by the pool and reading a book is 
also a great choice. A par 61 beautiful golf course is a walk away.  
Indian River Plantation (part of the Marriot resort offers, tennis, 
boating biking and full dining and entertainment options).  
Huthcinson Island has several shopping venues throughout the island. 
Both Stuart and Jensen beach, charming old Flordia towns are within 
a 10 minute drive.  Each offers shopping, fine dining, boutique and 
specialty shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

December through April $ 3600 per month
May through August $ 2000 per month
September through November $ 2500 per month
Security Deposit Required and 60/day cancellation.
