The Sea-Side-Cottage is a great single family house located directly
on the waterfront of Mission Bay in a nice, QUIET COVE offering a
lot of possibilities for activities and sports. This house offers
enough space with 1440 square feet a comfortable size for 1-6
Persons , has two decks, a car port for 2 cars, a pretty back yard
and a modern interior. A place to feel absolute comfortable and
relaxed.

Two bedrooms and a Den sleeps 7 persons comfortably. A great, huge
bathroom with a 2 person whirlpool and mood lighting is ready for
you having some great romantic hours. The living room and the
dining area offers a picture perfect view of the bay.

Enjoy your lunch on our deck with a breathtaking view to the beach,
watch TV outside on the breakfast deck or explore the wonderful
nature of De Anza while driving around with the Golf Cart!

Our nice yard invite you to stay, sitting together, having fun,
watching the boats go by...

If you like to come with your own boot - here is a landing stage and
a boat ramp!

A wonderful public GOLF COURSE is very close to our house - you can
drive there with our Golf Cart or make a short walk to this lovely
place.

See the fireworks (while the summer time daily!) from Sea World
directly from this peninsula or use many activities close to this
area.

Non smoking inside the house and on the decks. Allowed only in the
backyard.

Close to San Diego Down Town, Sea-World, San Diego Zoo, Cabrillo
National Monument / Point Loma, Balboa Park Museums, Reuben H.Fleet
Planetarium, Coronado Ferry, Bahia Belle dinner cruises, Del Mar
