Duplex Upstairs 2/1 w/sleeper sofa.Kitchen, bath, cable T.V. and all 
amenities.Nice covered deck out over the water for relaxing while 
hearing the fish jump and the seagulls. Boat slip with lift. Fish 
cleaning area. Catch bass and brim from your dock. Photos 1,2,3,4,5,6.
Downstairs has kitchen, bath,2 twin beds and 1 full and 1 sleeper 
sofa. Boat house with lift. Covered deck out over the water. Photos 5,7,8,
You can also rent the up and downstairs for the large family that wants it's own private space.

Activities and Attractions

Listen to the fish jump, watch the wildlife,(we have fox and raccoon 
that travel the streets). See the alligators swim by. Watch the 
turtlebask on a log. Fish, canoe the creeks and river. Ride through 
the Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge and see Florida as it was 
created. 
You will think you are in the Florida Keys. Have a wave  runner? The 
river is great fun and you can go up the river to Manatee Springs.
We are also greatly known for our abundance of fish. Suwannee River 
is nationally know for the Sturgeon.
