Our condo is a one bedroom/one bath unit that has recently been
redecorated. The bedroom has a king size bed and its own private
balcony with a spectacular view of the marsh, inter-coastal
waterway, and pool. With a pullout, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, it
sleeps four people comfortably. It has new flooring, ceramic tile
in the kitchen and bathroom, tasteful decorating, updated furnishings,
dishes, flatware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, etc. It has a
nice sized deck in the front that overlooks the beach and the
ocean.

The bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to another deck that
overlooks the marsh and waterway! It is truly a nice spot!
The Breakers has a private pool and access to the public beach,
which is just steps out front of the unit. Enjoy the undeveloped beach just beyond the front door! Sit and relax on the front deck and listen to the surf. Escape to the rear deck and
enjoy the tranquility of the Marsh. This get away retreat won’t
disappoint you!
