'JEMS' is beautifully situated with sweeping ocean views and 
magnificent sunsets, located in Sea Rocks, an exclusive enclave of 
private villas. The villa offers the discriminating traveler 2 main 
bedrooms and 2 main baths with walk-outs to the lovely pool and 
galleries from the principal rooms.

There is a separate suite on the lower level giving you 3 full 
bedrooms with bathrooms.

JEMS Villa has a wonderful garden for alfresco dining. Walk to the 
beautiful Shoal Bay Beach,lunch at Scilly Key or have dinner with 
Mary Pat at Hibernia. Le Bon Pain also has the best baguettes and 
croissants on the island also a short walk from the villa.

A full array of amenities is available including daily maid 
service , 
gas and charcoal barbeques, outdoor pizza oven, full kitchen,
