a $65 Cleaning Charge. No tax on stays of 6 months or longer.   
 
To reserve the condo requires a security deposit of $500.00 plus 50%  
of the rental period upon booking and the full amount due 90 Days before  
arrival.  The Security Deposit is refundable upon checkout minus  
$65.00 for cleaning fee.  Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00  
AM.  No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.  Prices subject  
to change without notice.
