Oceanfront Beach House on Vilano Beach in St Augustine

quiet beach, home to the locals.
This cozy, air-conditioned, three-bedroom/one-bath home sleeps six.
It's nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the necessities,
including a washer and dryer, for your convenience.
Should you decide to leave paradise, we are only three miles from
historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, and two hours from
Orlando.  

This home is located directly on the beach.
Amenitites include Living Room with woodburning fireplace and TV
with cable VCR/DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A full size washer and dryer also included.
Exterior has outdoor shower and large, oceanfront deck with deck
table and chairs and a bar-b-que grill. There are also a pair of
beach chairs for relaxing near the surf.
Bedrooms are furnished with queen bed, double bed, and two twin beds.
All linens for bath & beds are furnished.

Onsite activities include swimming, beachcombing, and water sports.
The quaint town of St. Augustine, America's oldest city, is 3 miles
away and features shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and
historic sites.

Winter Season (Labor day - March 1, 2012): $895 per week.
Summer Season (March 1- Labor Day, 2012): $1095 per week.
10% room tax.
$100 Housekeeping fee, $500 refundable deposit
