Spider Lake Cottage in Traverse City

This Spider Lake Cottage is directly on the main bay of spider
lake. The cottage sits back from the water about 40 feet which
makes it easy to walk to and from the cottage and lake. Located on
the north side of the lake makes access to Traverse City only a short
6 mile drive. The sand beach makes for great
times swimming. The cottage will sleep up to six.

The cottage sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms with double beds plus a sofa bed,
and has a 3/4 bath. The completely furnished cottage has heat and
air conditioning, deck, cable TV/VCR, radio, and CD player. The
fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster,
dishes, and pots and pans. Linens are provided. Please bring
towels.

The lakefront property has a private sandy beach with a fire pit,
dock, picnic table, and weber barbecue grill. A
row boat, canoe and 2 person kayak are provided for guests. The
cottage is not handicapped accessible and no smoking in the cottage
please.

Spider Lake covers 468 acres and has a maximum water depth of 40
feet. Fish include bass, pan fish, northern pike and perch. Boat
motors are allowed. Water recreation includes great swimming,
fishing, boating, water skiing and snorkeling. Near by boardman
river offers some of the states best trout fishing, canoeing and
tubing. Trophy salmon fishing is available on lake Michigan. Other
nearby recreation includes; shopping, championship golf, tennis,
hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and
cross-country skiing, and hunting.

2011 Rates
May 1st - June 15th $800 per week

June 16th - September 7th $950 per week

September 8th - October 26th $800 per week

nightly (if available) $175. 2 Night minimum stay

Our stays are Saturday to Saturday
check in at 2:30pm - Check out at 10:00am

$250.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation.  Deposits are non refundable after May 15th, 2011.  A credit card is required for a security deposit.

$50.00 cleaning charge to all weekly rentals.
