located only seven miles, 12 minutes, from the main Disney World  
complex, yet is well away from the highway -- providing a quiet,  
relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy your vacation. There could be  
no better end to a busy day sightseeing or shopping, than to return  
to your very own vacation home. Stretch out by the pool overlooking  
a  
quiet conservation area and enjoy a refreshing drink with friends  
and  
family in these quiet surroundings. This is a lovely 5 bedroom  
vacation home with 3 bathrooms. This property has a screen enclosed  
pool with lanai & patio furnishings. This property has Dual Master  
Suites each with large ensuite bathrooms. One master bedroom has a  
king size bed and walk-in closet, the other master bedroom has a  
queen size bed. There are 3 other bedrooms. One has a set of twin  
size beds. The other bedroom has a twin bunk bed set. The last  
bedroom located in the front of the home has a queen size bed. This  
home can accommodate 10 people. This is perfect for two families.  
This home is fully furnished & equipped to make your stay pleasant  
and trouble free. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, full  
size washer/dryer in the home. 2 tvs with cable and one VCR. The  
home  
is smoke free and no pets. Home is air conditioned and linens are  
supplied. There is a dining area in addition to an eat in kitchen.  
This home has a large 30 foot pool in the back that overlooks a  
peaceful conservation area.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fall Special: Book any remaining September or October week for only $550 plus tax!! 
Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Dec $625 Weekly plus tax. (excluding holidays) 
Thanksgiving  $675 weekly plus tax. 
Christmas/New Year's:  $750 Weekly plus tax. 
Feb/Mar/Apr: $750 weekly plus tax. 
May: $650 weekly plus tax. 
Jun/July/Aug: $775 weekly plus tax. 
 
Rates are for weekly rental Saturday to Saturday only.  Rate does  
not include 11% state/local tax.  Pool heat is optional/additional. 
 
Rate and availability are subject to change.  Please inquire. 
 
Must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian  
to check-in.  No pets and no smoking allowed in unit. The overnight  
parking of oversized vehicles including but not limited to RV's,  
buses, boats, trailers, etc. is prohibited.
