Our family oriented condominium is newly redecorated. Our one bedroom unit #307 sleeps six comfortably. The award winning construction of Seville by the Sea condominiums offers you an oceanview outside deck. A spacious master bedroom with two full size double beds and a custom mirrored Hollywood closet, also a color cable tv (HBO & Disney) The condo is privately owned and is furnished with beautiful Rattan furniture throughout, quarry tile floors in the kitchen and bath The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, love seat, color tv and vcr. Newly installed pergo flooring covers the living and dining room areas. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking inside the unit.
We are centrally located just 1/4 block from the beach, boardwalk,
amusements piers and water parks. A 15 minute ride to historic Cape
May, its Victorian shops and beautiful zoo. Only 30 minutes to the
glitter and glamour of Atlantic City and its casinos and night life.
To maintain our family atmosphere, lessess must be 25 years of age
or above.
Seville by the Sea Condominiums are family oriented and specifically cater to families with children.
