2nd bedroom has two twin beds, large renovated closets, 3rd bedroom  
can be used as an alternate TV, Den room and has a daybed with  
trundle, large renovated closet. Leather sectional in living room  
with sleeper.   Everything you need to enoy your  
home away from home.  This condo is in a quaint, quiet private  
neighborhood and is on the first floor approximately 1200  
sq feet, spacious living area.  See pictures of heated pool,  
kitchen, living and all. 32" TV, VCR, stereo, dishwasher, microwave  
and all kitchen supplies. Laundry facilities. Full size appliances,  
comfortable dining area and living  
room.  Plenty of storage and full linens provided.  2 bikes are

 The island of Venice has such charm, history, and  
beauty it is a very desireable spot to vacation.  Venice Community  
has lots of outdoor activities and we are less than 1/3 of a mile to  
Venice Beach, 3 miles to the preserved sanctuary of Caspersian  
Beach, Sharkys, The Crows Nest and so much more.   Enjoy the  
fabulous sunset  and watching the dolphins at the pier. 
Downtown is 1/4 of a mile where you can stroll on Thursdays down the  
boulevard, listen to free concerts, shop at fabulous stores.

Activities and Attractions

Venice beach is a only 1/3 of a mile away or enjoy the heated condo  
pool.   No stairs to climb.  
Just 1 mile to the Venetian waterway which is great for biking,  
roller blading, or walking.  Walk to tennis courts, parks,  
basketball courts and outdoor activities. 
Downtown Venice hosts many fine restaurants, shopping, and live  
theatre.  Many art festivals, shark tooth festivals and outdoor  
activities including golfing and tennis are in Venice. 
If you want to be social it is there, if you want to be by yourself  
it is there.  The pier at Venice Beach is fabulous at sunset and  
watching the dolphins come to feed.  Sarasota is only 23 miles away,  
home of the Mote Aquarium,  
Selby Gardens, Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens, several professional  
theatres, and art galleries and on the way visit Oscar Sherer State  
Park or Historic Spanish Point

May   thru Sept. SUPER 08 Special RAte $2000/month  
Oct & Nov.     SPECIAL RATE            $2200/month  700 per week 
December                               $2200/month
