Home: Beautifully appointed, immaculate, 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with 
lanai and all amenities.  
 
***Free Social Club membership special included in rates for rentals 
of one month or more: this means 
you are entitled to use all facilities, (pools, fitness center, golf, 
clubhouse, tennis, private restaurants, etc.) Green fees apply as 
below. Spa treatments (ie massage, facials, etc.) have additional fees. 
(Without social club membership, you cannot use facilities.)

Prices are approximate as they are subject to change according to the

December to May:     $2300 per month 
June to November     $1500 per month    $500 per week* 
Florida sales tax applies for 6 months or less rental
