The location is ideal, on a quiet residential street, just a couple
of blocks from the ocean, and a ten minute drive from the heart of
Cocoa Beach. This well situated complex is just 45 minutes from the
Orlando Airport, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, and only
60 minutes from Disney. Port Canaveral, home to numerous cruise
ships is a short five minute drive. The Port also boasts two casino
cruise lines, with twice daily departures. Two golf courses are
located within 15 minutes, and a major shopping mall is just ten
minutes away.
Please Note: Pet restriction up to 20 lbs.. A carpet cleaning fee
required if pets are present. Smoking is not permitted inside.
