convenience to world famous beaches, shopping, restaurants and all other Kauai activities. Kauai tropical riverfront 
vacation home offers honeymoon couples or couples that just want to get away romance, seclusion and privacy located 
in a hidden historic tropical Kauai valley among Kauai"s ancient tropical vegetation including the largest congregation of 
monkey pod trees in the Hawaiian islands. Kauai Tropical Riverfront Vacation Home is a two story 500 square foot unique 
island (tree house like) home free standing on a gorgeous island tropical lot with unforgettable scenic waterfront river 
views each cascading into your mind with memories to be cherished.

Vacation Rental Rates

 
$140. per night including all taxes. Plus a $104.17. non refundable cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.

The security deposit is due within 7 days or sooner of your booking reservation and returned within 14 days after your 
departure minus any extra cleaning or damages.

There is a (3) three night minimum stay only upon availability. There is a $75 discount for 10 nights or more.

Forms of payment: personal check, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire in transfer of funds.
