Activities and Attractions

Located just an hour south of Miami on the Bay at Mile Marker 104.  
Some of the best-know restaurants, dive shops, and snorkeling and 
deep-sea fishing charters in all the Keys can be found within a 1 
mile radius of Moon Bay.  It is also the closest private resort to 
the most popular park in all the Keys, John Pennekamp Coral Reef 
State Park which offers boat rentals, scuba and snorkeling tours, 
glass bottom boat tours, and more. Less than a mile from the resort, 
you can even swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin's Cove Marine 
Research Center.

$1200 per week off season
$1400 per week season
$1500 per week holidays

$2900 to $3500 per month depending on season

Additional charges:
$300 security deposit on weekly rentals
$500 security deposit on monthly rentals
11.5% sales tax
$40 processing fee
$100 exit cleaning
