This cottage comes fully furnished with the bedrooms located upstairs.
One bedroom having 2 twin beds and the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed.One bathroom with bath/shower comb.
Living room includes a hide-a-bed sofa. Bed linens and towels are
included with your stay. TV with satalite,and cozy wood stove.
Home is also equipped with gas heat if you prefer. Kitchen comes equipped
with gas cooking range, refrigerator,sink and all the cooking ware that
you might need. And if you prefer to BBQ you can cook on the back deck
with a furnished gas BBQ and covered deck area.
Home is off-grid and equipped with solar-electricity
activities and attractions in Crescent City North Coast
Home is with in walking distance to the South Fork of the Smith
River. Great swimming/Kayaking/Fishing/Hiking/Rafting all at your
fingertips.Jed Smith redwood park 15 minutes away.Del Norte Golf Course
about 20 minutes away. Shopping market in Hiouchi about 15 minutes away.
vacation rental rates
$80 dollars a night with a two night minimun.
Weekly rate is $560.00 dollars.
And 8% county bed tax. If you stay over 30 day the bed tax is not charged.
cleaning fee $50.00
cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance to receive refund.
Our summers are very busy and the cottage books fast during the summer. Book your vacation early so you don't miss out.
