Romantic Table Rock Lake Cottage in Table Rock Lake

Nature blankets the environment of this romantic cottage. This is
a smoke free pet free establishment, located in a private
estate on beautiful Table Rock Lake. Built in
2006, this cottage boasts a tastefully furnished living area and
features a fully equipped kitchen, private deck, and a hand crafted
king size log bed. It is an ideal get-a-way for rest,
rejuvination and relaxation, or just fun on the lake. This estate
has a private Boat/Swim dock and includes a porch swing and loungers. Guest may use this private dock during their stay! A slip is available on this dock for an additional fee.  This cottage is within an easy drive to Silver Dollar City
and all Branson attractions. Branson Landing's world class shopping
is about 20 miles away. Many restaurants can be reached by car or
by boat.

Cottage includes centralized air conditioning/heating, a fuuly equipped kitchen including a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, washer, dryer, king
size bed,queen hide-a-bed,quality linens, tv/dvd with satelite
networks, private deck with  gas BBQ.   It is also a free Wi-Fi hot spot.   A downstairs bunkroom is available for older children for an additional $30.00 per night.  This room includes a tv/dvd and a playstation for watching movies and playing games.  Two individual sleeping areas are provided one of which is a built -in  raised double bunk area with small  steps.

Boating, fishing, swimming, canoeing, birdwatching, water parks,
themeparks, live theater shows, dinner theaters, fine dining, casual
dining, golfing and shopping are all accessible from this location.

Monthy rate for fall/winter is $1500.00 plus an additional security deposit.  Additioanal months after 1st month $1000.00.  The daily rate is 95.00 US dollars,  excluding holidays which are higher. Additional charges will apply to parties of three to four persons. The
additional fee is 20 US dollars per person per night.  A 50% advance deposit is
 . required and secures the minimum THREE night stay
requirement. This deposit is non-refundable. Payment for additional
nights due upon arrival. Weekly rates vary depending on time of year
(600.00 to 850.00 US dollars). An additional basement bunkroom is available for older children.  The rate for this room is an additional $30.00 per night. This room has a tv/dvd and a playstation for watching movies and playing games.  There are two individual sleeping areas one of which , a raised double bunk with small steps is most inviting.
