This property's four-acre waterfront home is very private. From the expansive deck, you can enjoy great views of the lake or the woodlands. There is also a partial cover on the deck with fans and lights.

The lawn gently slopes to 300' of waterfront. The mature trees provide shade and nice breeze.

There is also plenty of open space for the sun worshippers. When you are not in the water, you can enjoy lying in the hammock under the shade trees or sitting on the deck and relaxing.

The house is very sunny and bright. It also has an open floor plan which allows larger numbers of people to gather more comfortably.  You have a great view of the lake from just about every room in the house.

Three bedrooms include 1 queen, 2 full size beds (one in each bedroom), and a fold-away cot; 2 full baths; full-service kitchen,including microwave, coffeemaker and breakfast bar; living & dining room are open; LCD TVs (DirectTv) and DVD player; washer and dryer; paddle boat; private dock; wrap around partially covered deck with ceiling fans/lights and patio furniture; propane gas grill; linens and towels included.

Marinas nearby where you can rent just about anything water related. The state park offers historical and nature programs, as well as trails for hiking and a beach for swimming. Golf, horse back riding,horseshows, living history re-enactments, winery tours and local festivals are available in the area throughout the year.

Places you can visit include, museums, historical towns and battlefields, outlet shopping and antiques, parks and trails for hiking, dining out, sports, shows, amusement parks. Washington, D.C., Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville, Virginia, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Paramount Kings Dominion are just a few of the great places you can visit while staying at Lake Anna.

Dates: 5/16 thru 9/13: $1,695 per week (Mon -- Thurs $250 per night/Fri -- Sun $275 per night)

Dates: 9/14 thru 5/15: $1,200 per week (Mon -- Thurs $175 per night/Fri -- Sun $200 per night)
