Vacation Rental Description

with a championship golf course, a full service clubhouse and 
recreation complex built by Pulte Homes.  With its entry directly on 
Colonial Blvd., a Lee County east-west thoroughfare, and being near 
Interstate 75, Southwest Florida's main north south transportation 
artery, getting around is a breeze.  A few miles west you'll find 
Lee 
County's favorite beaches, including Fort Myers beach, Sanibel 
Island 
and Captiva.  
     This twin villa is 1709 sq. ft. under air with an oversized 
lania and a two car garage.  If you like serenity and privacy within 
an active community you have come to the right place.  It is located 
at the end of a street with no neighbors or other homes to obstruct 
your view, there  is nothing but golf course and lake. With this one 
of a kind view, you will be next to the second green.   
      The floor plan is light and open.  While you are making 
preparations in your state of the art kitchen you can also watch the 
action out on the golf course.  The master suite has a large 
connected double sink bathroom as you can see in the floor plan, 
with 
a very large walk in closet for all those golf and tennis outfits. 
There is a second bedroom with a nearby bathroom and closet for your 
guest's comfort and privacy.  There is also a den for your relaxing 
pleasure when you come home from a great day on the course, on the 
courts, or relaxing by the pool.    
       The villa of course is turnkey with everything you need for a 
great vacation, linens, kitchen equipment,t.v.'s, vcr and dvd 
player.  You have your choice of dining in the kitchen, the full 
dining room or on the lanai, all of which look out at the 
breathraking views.

Vacation Rental Amenities

     After some rousing competition on the  Gordon G. Lewis 
championship golf course or a tennis match one of the eight lighted 
Har Tru  tennis courts, you can cool off in the community swimming 
pool adjacnt to the clubhouse.  The aguatic area also includes a spa 
and expansive sun decked furnished with patio furniture.   
      Located in the middle of the community the clubhouse and 
recreation center offers a myriad of facilits to explore  and 
enjoy.  
The clubhouse's formal dining room, grill room and snack bar provide 
dining services to meet every need and desire.  The clubhouse is 
also 
the scene of many special events.    The fitness center has a 
director, who will arrange everything from bridge tournaments, day 
trips, arts and crafts, etc.  You can also end your day with a great 
massage in one of our massage rooms!!
          

Activities and Attractions

     For the golfer a $200.00  transfer fee is required for 
unlimited 
golf for your stay.  You just pay for the cart when you play. All 
other amenities are available to the renter for no additional fees.
  
     In addition to all the activities in  Colonial Country Club , a 
new community which has an uncrowded golf  unlike so many of the 
other courses in the area now, there are lots of things to do - 
fishing, boating, shopping, restaurant hopping, and all the beach 
activities.  Everything is here just waiting for your vacation 
enjoyment!!
