the privacy and seclusion gives 'adult' kids the ideal place to get 
away from it all.  The house is approximately 1800 square feet and 
is privately situated on a 3/4 acre, all professionally landscaped.

Minutes from shopping and dining in Mooresville, yet far enough away 
from the hustle and bustle, you will find Marsh Harbour the ideal 
vacation spot on the lake.

$ 300.00 Security Deposit refundable upon departure
$ 100.00 Cleaning Fee

50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your 
reservation.  Balance due 10 days prior to check in, along with 
security deposit and cleaning fee.
