Relax in the privacy of your own electric heated pool surrounded by a wonderful patio and gardens. Cook a gourment meal in our state of art chef's kitchen. Or, relax upstairs in our master bedroom jetted tub. Enjoy gracious entertainment in a 3,500 square foot, 6 bedroom mansion designed for large groups that sleeps up to 16 people. It even has parking in the back for a 6 cars with room  enough for a RV or boat.

Featuring a wonderful private heated pool and patio area, this huge mansion is only a 6 blocks walk to the beach. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop.  Plus, it has a living room with vaulted ceilings and polished cedar wood floors, a gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and baking stations, a dining room, and an outdoor screened in sitting area. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus. We even have two separate patio lounge areas and a hammock.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture and a TV. The master bedroom also has a queen sleeper sofa couch (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2). Our third bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and brand new furniture. Our fourth bedroom features 2 twin bed (sleeps 2). Our fifth bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2). Our sixth bedroom features one queen bedroom (sleeps 2). We also have a queen sofa bed in the foyer area (sleeps 2). Plus, we have 4 bathrooms including one with a large jacuzzi tub and large vanity area.

Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets, gas stove/grill, dishwasher, disposal, pop-up mixer and large freezer and refrigerator), granite counters and bar stools, pastry and baking stations, and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture.

Plus, the back yard includes a beautiful heated pool, a hammock, and another patio area. AND, our house has a private alley that allows parking in the back with enough room for a boat or RV and 3 other vehicles.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 6 block walk to the beach and close to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park

Plus, brand new color TVs, DVD, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / dishwasher / microwave / toaster/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / new central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill.

Bedrooms are furnished with 2 king beds, 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Also, 1 queen sleeper bed.   Sleeps 16.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.

Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.

Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.

It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
