This quaint home is 250 feet off the beach on a quiet street lined with Florida style
homes in a residential area running to the Gulf of Mexico. There are not any streets to
cross to get to the beach. The unit is on the ground floor and has a large glass
enclosed/screened porch, living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and
bathroom with tub. It is fully equipped for your enjoyment, just bring your personal items.

The unit has a Wi-Fi network and is completely furnished. It has all kitchen appliances and utensils, linens
and towels, telephone, washer/dryer, 3 TVs with cable and dvd players, stereo with cd
player, beach chairs, alarm clock, etc..Everything is provided for you. Parking is steps
from the front door and can accommodate 2 cars in the driveway.

There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it and all
the major attractions are within 1 to 2 hours by car. The beach at the end of the block
is the best, with fine, white sand and the dining and sightseeing are exceptional. This
portion of Clearwater Beach is approximately 1/2 of a mile away from the mainstream
of activities and while its a pleasant walk to those activities it is just far enough away
so that you can enjoy more peace and quiet than if you were there in the middle. The
block is a residential block and has a community feel.

The above rates are for 4 persons. 5th person charge is an additional fee.
Non-Refundable Deposit of $400.00 required to reserve a reservation. Bookings not confirmed until funds are received.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Please inquire about cancellation policy.
In addition a refundable security deposit in the amount of $400 is added to all rentals.
Cleaning fee is $75.00
Taxes are 12%
