Vacation Rental Description

This quaint home is 250 feet off the beach on a quiet street lined with Florida style 
homes in a residential area running to the Gulf of Mexico. There are not any streets to 
cross to get to the beach. The unit is on the ground floor and has a large glass 
enclosed/screened porch, living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and 
bathroom with tub. It is fully equipped for your enjoyment, just bring your personal 
effects.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is completely furnished and has all kitchen appliances and utensils, linens 
and towels, telephone, washer/dryer, 3 TVs with cable and video players, stereo with cd 
player, beach chairs, alarm clock, etc..Everything is provided for you. Parking is steps  
from the front door and can accomodate 2 cars in the driveway. 

Activities and Attractions

There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it and all 
the major attractions are within 1 to 2 hours by car. The beach at the end of the block 
is the best, with fine, white sand and the dining and sightseeing are exceptional. This 
portion of Clearwater Beach is approximately 1/2 of a mile away from the mainstream 
of activities and while its a pleasant walk to those activities it is just far enough away 
so that you can enjoy more peace and quiet than if you were there in the middle. The 
block is a residential block and has a community feel. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates Are:
April 27th thru August 2nd, 2008 = $695 (1 bedroom) and $895 (2 bedroom).
August 9th, 2008 thru November 8th, 2008 = $595 (1 bedroom) and $815.00 (2 
bedroom).
November 9th, 2008 thru Feb 21st, 2009 is $995/week. Except the period including Super Bowl on 
February 1st, 2009 - Please inquire if interested in that time.
February 28th, 2008 thru April 11th, 2009 is $1250.00/week.
The 3rd bedroom is a separate unit on the 2nd story above this house. It has its own 
listing on vacationrentals (#7831). It can be rented separately for 2-3 people or in 
combination with the main house. Please see it's listing if interested.
Discounts for multi-week rentals, except March and April.
Non-refundable cleaning fee due with final payment. $75-1 bedroom, $100-2 bedroom, 
$125-3 bedroom.
Please add 12% for total taxes to all charges, including the cleaning fee.
Refundable Security deposit of $500 due prior to check-in ($600.00 if with pet).
A payment of $500.00  is due to secure reservations, 
balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival. 
For any booking or payment made within 21 days of arrival payment must be via cash, 
bank check, PayPal, traveler's checks or bank transfer.
Additional charges for more than 4 occupants are $50/person/week.
