high speed cable modem, or take a steam shower after a hard day of
skiing. This is unit number 5 The Enclave, located on Royal Street
West. Unit was remodeled 4 years ago with hardwood floors, new appliances,
carpeting, wallpaper, baths, and new paint. High wood beam ceilings
enhances the feel of the living area. This is a fun place to share
with your family or friends.

2 Bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, 1,760 sq feet, townhome, upstairs living area and downstairs are the bedrooms. The master bath has 2 sinks, a steam shower, and the master bedroom has a California King bed. The guest bedroom has a tub/shower and a queen bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV. The unit also has a washer and dryer on the bedroom level. This is a townhome configuration
with the bedrooms and baths being downstairs and the living area being upstairs. The master bedroom has a large balcony as well as the living area has it's own large view balcony. Kitchen has new , microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and large cast iron sink with new tile countertops. HDTV in Living Room 52" Sony Bravia, 32" Sony HDTV in master bedroom,  wireless internet via cable modem and router (secured), and cable TV in guest bedroom with wireless Internet. Deer Valley skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, fishing,
golfing, shopping, and fine dining. Walk to Royal Street Cafe, Cafe Mariposa, and Silver Lake Village. The Village has Cole Sport, skis and ski rental equipment, and Christie Sports. Lockers, and ski baskets are located on the bottom level of the Lodge with Jans Mountain Outfitters. The ski check is also located on the bottom of the Lodge. You can also walk from the Lodge to Stein's and try their unbelievable skiers buffet until 2pm. Dinner is also served at Stein's and on Sunday's they serve a brunch. Stein's has a great bar and appetizer menu for apres ski, a great place to talk about the great day of skiing and take a needed break. The Goldener Hirsch also serves a breakfast and dinner and is located just in front of the Silver Lake Lodge. Take a walk at night and view the silence of the mountain and all the beauty of upper Deer Valley.
