Vacation Rental Description

This well-appointed beachfront 15th floor unit is located at The 
Beach Club and Spa in the new Avalon Tower Unit 1506.  You will 
enjoy breathtaking sunsets and commanding Gulf views of the 
beautiful spacious beaches of Gulf Shores. While at The Beach Club 
RESORT you will also enjoy country club amenities such as tennis, 
swimming (one indoor and 4 outdoor pools), European spa, fitness 
center, saunas, steam room, jacuzzis, hair salon, boutique, fine 
dining and bars, a kids club, and grocery shopping as well!   Condo 
features both master bedroom and living room directly facing the 
gulf, each with access to the balcony.  The condo boasts a fully 
equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and many other upscale 
amenities.  There is great shopping, 3 golf courses, a water park, 
children's activities, marinas and charter fishing all within a 
short drive. Often available for last minute rentals.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tennis, swimming (one indoor and 4 outdoor pools), European spa, 
fitness center, saunas, steam room, jacuzzi's, hair salon, boutique, 
fine dining and bars, a kids club and on site and grocery shopping 
as well! To enjoy the Spa/Salon, Fitness Center, Indoor Pool and 
Sauna/Steam facilities, there is a $10 (spring, fall, winter) or $15 
(summer) per day per family fee payable at the Clubhouse.  Our 
kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, dishwasher, 
microwave, toaster, coffee maker and many other upscale amenities.  
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.  Each bedroom has cable 
TV.  The living room boasts a large TV and stereo system. The master 
bath has a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.  Free high speed internet is also 
available!

Activities and Attractions

While at The Beach Club RESORT you will also enjoy country club 
amenities such as tennis, swimming (one indoor and 4 outdoor pools), 
European spa, fitness center, saunas, steam room, jacuzzi's, hair 
salon, boutique, fine dining and bars, a kids club and on site 
grocery shopping as well!  The coffee house/ice cream store may also 
be enjoyed with the use of an internet cafe!

There is great shopping, a water park, children's activities, 
marinas and charter fishing all within a short driving 
distance. GOLFERS: enjoy the greens at Kiva Dunes, Perdido Bay and

11/1 - 2/28/07 ----- $1900.00 per month         winter
During FALL and WINTER dates, nightly rate for stays of less than 
seven nights (if available) is $175.00 per night plus 8.5% tax and 
$85.00 cleaning
                     (not including holidays)
$300.00 refundable security deposit due at time of booking with a 
major credit card.  (3% surcharge does not apply to deposits)
