blue and most times turquois but always beautiful. Go fishing in
the Gulf or in Bocilla Lagoon behind the house. Enjoy almost 7
miles of sandy beach to walk & go shelling.

Island access is by private car ferry (cost extra) which carries you
to our quiet and relaxing Palm and Don Pedro Islands.

Cable TV w/DVR, DVD, CD players, internet, Microwave, french door bottom freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, (guests tell me my kitchen is really well equiped), Linens/Towels, Charcoal BBQ, front, side, & back decks.   

NEW in 2009...composite front deck and caged area with new outdoor couch & lounger (helps summer guests...keeping the bugs away), DR/LR tile & carpet flooring, Washer & Dryer!  New in 2010...remodeled bath.

One KING, One QUEEN, and 2 TWINS for our 6 guests maximum.

August 1 thru Dec 15th, 2011 $1600/week-$5200/month plus taxes & cleaning. 

Dec 15th thru July 2011 $2000/week-$6400/month plus taxes & cleaning.
