Two short blocks up the mountainside from Old Historic Main Street
(where all the shops and restaurants are). Also ski in/out to Park
City Mountain Resort. Non Smoking Units, No Pets

Description: You enter the unit into the living room and kitchen
that open to each other. This room has a high vaulted ceiling with
sky lights that bring in a lovely natural light. The living room
has a great gas fireplace. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and
is complete with appliances, dishes, pots, etc.. The master bedroom
is on the main floor with a king sized, four poster, raised bed. It
has an outside balcony that overlooks Old Main St. The second
bedroom is a loft bedroom that overlooks the kitchen and living
room. It has two queen sized beds. Both bedrooms have TV/VCR/DVD,
as does the living room. There are two bathrooms with tubs and
showers. Linens are complete for bed, bath and kitchen. The
building houses 10 units. They share a common area that has a great
hot tub, exercise equiptment, and washing machine & dryer.
Non Smoking Units, No Pets.

We own two units that are side by side. They share a private inside
entrance and can be connected through the upstairs bedroom loft.
Each unit rents seperately but are great together for large extended
family or friends.

Discount lift tickets available at Park City, Deer Valley, and the
Canyons when you rent. Also ski rental packages through Zermatt
Adventure Haus, delivered to your unit before you arrive, and picked
up after you leave. No waiting in lines

We have discount Lift tickets when you rent.
Park City: Normally $81, when you rent $69
The Canyons: Normally $79, when you rent $64
Deer Valley: Normally $79, In January, when you rent $76
We also have ski rentals available through, Zermatt Adventure Haus.
If you make a reservation, we can have your passes and skis in your
condo when you arrive and pick up your skis after you leave. No
waiting in lines.
Price
2009 Thanksgiving to Dec. 23rd. $200 per night. Week nights. $250 per night Friday and Saturday nights. 3 night minimum. $1200 per week = $171.43 per night. You get a $200 discount,  if you book the full week.

Christmas Week  Dec 23-Jan 1   $400 per night 6 night minimum.

2010- Jan.2-March 31st. $1750 per week or $350 per night. 3 night minimum.
You get 2 nights free if you book the full week. Except Sundance, Presidents week, and Spring Break Week. March 13th - 21st
2010-April 1- Lifts close $200 per night 3 night min.or $1200 per week. You get 1 night free if you book the full week.
2010- After lifts close, $125 per night. 3 night minimum. $750 per week. You get 1 night free if you book the full week.

There is a 10.4% nightly room and sales tax added to all rentals.
