Two short blocks up the mountainside from Old Historic Main Street
(where all the shops and restaurants are). Also ski in/out to Park
City Mountain Resort. Non Smoking Units, No Pets

Description: You enter the unit into the living room and kitchen
that open to each other. This room has a high vaulted ceiling with
sky lights that bring in a lovely natural light. The living room
has a great gas fireplace. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and
is complete with appliances, dishes, pots, etc.. The master bedroom
is on the main floor with a king sized, four poster, raised bed. It
has an outside balcony that overlooks Old Main St. The second
bedroom is a loft bedroom that overlooks the kitchen and living
room. It has two queen sized beds. Both bedrooms have TV/VCR/DVD,
as does the living room. There are two bathrooms with tubs and
showers. Linens are complete for bed, bath and kitchen. The
building houses 10 units. They share a common area that has a great
hot tub, exercise equiptment, and washing machine & dryer.
Non Smoking Units, No Pets.

We own two units that are side by side. They share a private inside
entrance and can be connected through the upstairs bedroom loft.
Each unit rents seperately but are great together for large extended
family or friends.

Discount lift tickets available at Park City, Deer Valley, and the
Canyons when you rent. Also ski rental packages through Zermatt
Adventure Haus, delivered to your unit before you arrive, and picked
up after you leave. No waiting in lines

Hot Tub, exercise equiptment, washer and dryer in common Area

We have discount Lift tickets when you rent.
We also have ski rentals available through, Adventure Haus.
If you make a reservation, we can have your passes and skis in your
condo when you arrive and pick up your skis after you leave. No
waiting in line.

December 1st - December 22nd $200 per night $1000 per week.

December 23 - January 1st $400. per night, 5 night minimun

January 1st - March 31st  $350 per night or $1750 per week

Except: Sundance January 19th - 23rd $1000 per night

                         January 24th - 29th $ 500 per night

                         January 19th - 29th $ 6000

            Presidents Week  February 15th - 22nd $400 per night

            Spring Break March 9th - 18th $ 400 per night

April 1st - 8th $250 per night $1250 per week

April 8th - December 22nd $200 per night. Sun thru Thurs. $250 per night Fri. and Sat.

Except: Thanksgiving Nov. 22nd - 25th $300 night

Ski season and Holidays 4 night minimum.

Off Season 2 night minimum

There is a 10.5% sale/room tax added to all rentals.
