Channel 2nd floor, 1/2 block from the beach and boardwalks North End  
between 8th and 9th Street. The amusement area is less than a block  
away. Your vaction home will sleep 10 people comfortably and you  
will vacation in Luxury. Relax on the front porch, for morning  
coffee or after a day at the beach. Great restaurants are within  
walking distance as well as bike and beach chair rentals. If there  
is anything you need during your stay, it will be handled quickly.

Vacation Rental Amenities

4 bedrooms- Master bedroom with king size bed and Tahitian feel  
furniture. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twins  
and 1 with 1 twin and a set of bunks. 
 
4 ceiling fans, gas heat and more. 
 
Televisions VCR's, DVD's in all bedrooms and family room. The  
kitchen has 42" glazed cabinets, GE Stainless Steel appliances,  
granite counters, recessed lighting and more. Fully equipped kitchen  
with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful family  
dinner. 
There are hardwood floors in the foyer, dining room, kitchen, family  
room, hallway and master bedroom and upgraded carpet throughout the  
balance of the home. Central air. Linens not supplied. Parking  
available. I also have a wine serving area should you be  
entertaining and a game table for the kids or family.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy some family time in the Ocean City resort. The Travel Channel  
refers to Ocean City as the #1 Family Resort in the USA. 
Location, Location, Location is how the saying goes in real estate.  
Not only does this home provided that, but the finishings are  
spectacular. 
 
The beach, boardwalk, rides, amusements, arcade, miniature golf,  
bike rentals are literally steps away. 
 
Beach has lifeguard on duty until 8:00 PM during the summer.  
Restaurants are steps away, such as Promenade food court, Primo,  
Mack and Manco,s, Browns restaurant, Primo Hoagies and many others. 
 
Twenty minutes from Atlantic City, restuarants, shows and  
attractions. 
 
Shopping on Asbury Avenue or try the Atlantic City Outlets.
