What makes our villas special is the " wow" factor. However much we say about the villa, it does
not prepare
you for the luxury of the villa or the surroundings, when you arrive. The villa is very beautiful,
in one of the
largest corner plots, with water views and the living space is over 2500 square feet. There is both
air
conditioning and heating to create the perfect temperature at the touch of a button. The woodland
and water
views are breathtaking, especially so from the pool and the living room

We always vacation in our villas and this is my personal favourite. This is a heavenly retreat, away
from
everything else, quite and peaceful, with a lot of pirvacy, allowing you to enjoy the nature which
surrounds it, in
awe. The wildlife we have seen includes herons, ducks, deer, dragon flies, and lots of birds, some
with their
nests.

In this villa, all the Master bedrooms are of similar sizes, all luxurious and no one in your party
will feel hard
done by! Other features includes Lanai with fan, Internet, summer kitchen, fully equiped games room,
bicycles,
security of the gated community, club house and of course the wonderful setting!

The club house sports a large swimming pool, spa, beach ball, tots lots, internet cafe, gym, kids
golf and also a
great setting to meet other yound people in.

GROUND FLOOR


FAMILY ROOM
This informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast
bar. It is the perfect spot to relax with the family, enjoy the 52
inch flat screen, surround sound, Cable TV, DVD, or the days photos
from your digital camera. you can also relax or dine with the full
view of the pool, and the woodland beyond.

KITCHEN
The informal breakfast area seats four at the bar and the dining
table seats eight. The patio doors lead on to the pool and there is
also a good view from the family room. It is fully equipped with
brand new cooker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, phone etc.
Computer with FREE 24 hour super fast internet connection.
CD/ DVD drive for acknowledging, and USB ports.

POOL AND SPA
The pool area is fully screened . There are table and chairs so that
you may enjoy a pool side BBQ or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on
one of the lounges or just watch the young at heart have fun in the
pool from the high chairs. The custom made pool and the extended deck
provide ample space for the children to play. At night the changing
coloured lights and solar lighting make it the perfect spot to relax
in the Jacuzzi with the ambiance set on Romance.

SUMMER KITCHEN & LANAI:
There is a summer kitchen equiped with a sink and BBQ. It is perfect to
enjoy the awesome views, as you prepare the meal, in the coolness of the
Lanai.

GAMES ROOM
The kids can escape from the adults here but they too may want to
play! In fact, there is enough to keep all twelve Guests
entertained here at the same time. The full size Brunswick pool
table, 6 feet air hockey table, darts and games on the X box 360 with
four consoles, two of which are wireless, Play Station for two
players. The room is fitted with a cooling unit.

MASTER SUITE
The impressive four poster bed is the centre piece of this luxurious
room which overlooks the pool and the woodland. Ceiling fan, cable
connection, 36 inch TV, DVD player and Phone are provided. There is a
walk in wardrobe. The spacious En-suite bathroom has his and hers
vanity units, and separate walk in shower and WC
