La Casa del Arbol is a beautiful, spacious, private new villa built  
on the shores of the magical waters of Laguna de Bacalar.  The villa  
is located on the prestigious Costera Avenue,located in the small  
Mexican/Myan village of Bacalar.  Designed & constructed by the  
famed Mexican architect Ricardo Romay, this villa is considered a  
work of art by many. Enjoy beautiful views from the large living  
area as well as from all the bedrooms. Large entertainment areas,  
private bedroom verandas, and beautifully landscaped gardens all  
overlooking the pristine lagoon waters make for an unforgettable  
stay. Bird watching is a real treat with parrots and many water  
birds.  The long dock places you in the beautiful blue water  
providing a spectactular view for sunrise and sunset memories.

verandas & entertainment areas.  This home is fully furnished  with  
ceiling fans in every room in addition to the cool breeze from the  
laguna providing continuous comfort.  The bedrooms are equipped with  
queen beds.  Hammock attachments are in all bedrooms, verandas &  
entainment areas.  Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with purified  
drinking water.  Grilling available in the outdoor entertainment  
palapa. Private off street parking.  24 hour Velador (watchman)  
living on the grounds to help you.  TV, DVD and stereo system.   
Please smoke outside the villa.  FUll dock with palapa at the end as  
well as a kayak included for exploring the lagoon.

Discount for long term rentals of 2 months or more.  50% deposit  
required to confirm date.
