Two night minimum: $300 night plus 10% Nevada County tax
These rates are for 4 adults plus kids. There is an extra charge of
$50.00 per night for each extra adult.

Deposits and Fees: $500 deposit to hold reservation; applied to
cleaning charge.

Cleaning service charges approximately $150.
Your Cleaning fee will be deducted when the service calls to verify
the actual charge. (rest of deposit refunded after cleaning and keys returned)
