Sea Colony Condo Fabulous Ocean Front in Bethany Beach

Relax and enjoy our oceanfront condo with a full ocean view. There
is a private balcony so you can have your dinner or just sit and
watch the gorgeous ocean. Just a note that the pictures you see of
ocean were taken from the condo. Enjoy watching the neat
dolphins swim the shoreline, sunbathe or walk the sand on Sea
Colony's private beach. The condo sleeps 4 and features a master
bedroom with access to 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size
bed, ceiling fan and tv. The kitchen is fully equipped for you with refrigerator /icemaker, dishwasher,
microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker with all the comforts
of home. Also included is a washer and dryer. The living room is
comfortably furnished with a touch of
hominess. There is a queen size sofa bed in living room for your
convenience if you need seperate sleeping quarters. Entertainment
includes a large screen high definition tv, DVD, CD player. Enjoy the air condition or open the sliding glass for
a wonderful ocean breeze. Our second floor unit is right off the
elevator for easy in and out. Another bonus just high enough to
enjoy the magnificent ocean view but low enough in case of an
emergency. You are right at the steps for a quick flight down to ocean/beach and pool. Our
condo is located in the Dover Building within the resort community
of Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, Delaware, Renters please bring own, sheets and towels. Comforters, pillows and blankets provided.

No pets, no smoking allowed in condo

Our condo is located in the Dover building at Sea Colony which is
right next to Edgewater building which houses the indoor swimming
pool and one of the fitness centers. Again we are located on second
floor which gives you a great view but low enough that you don't get
the "willies" being out on the balcony. Enjoy a romantic dinner
right on the private balcony. This spacious 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath
condo offers 28 tennis courts inside and out, private beach, 9
additional pools, 3 on the oceanside promenade along with kiddie
pool. There are also tables with umbrellas and chairs on the
promenade. A shuttle service is available in summer to west side
tennis community and fitness center. The west side also provides
walking and bike trails, 7 lakes and resident swans. Our condo is
within walking distance of downtown Bethany Beach which has some
charming shops, great places to eat and the boardwalk which has
weekly entertainment in the summer. Sea Colony also has the
Marketplace which has a coffee shop, hair salon, restaurants and
recreation office where you get your passes for the week.
Bethany Beach is about 15 minutes from Rehoboth Beach, has tax free
shopping outlets, boardwalk and movie theaters. Bethany Beach also
is about 10 -15 minutes from Ocean City Maryland. You get the best
of both worlds staying with us. A quiet romantic or family vacation
and just minutes to the hustle and bustle of Ocean City or Rehoboth.
Great public Golf course about 3 miles away.
New at Sea Colony - Sea Colony and Bethany have replenished their
beaches at least tripling the
amount of sand above the high tide, Makes the view from our condo
even more beautiful!!

Fabulous beach, golf, fishing, bicycling, tennis, great shopping,
fun antique shops nearby too. Minutes away from 2 oceanfront state
parks. Boardwalks nearby, great restaurants. Again absolutely no
sales tax on anything in Delaware.

We do rent 2 nights in off season depending upon weekend and rates may be slightly higher for a 2 night stay.
Mandatory recreation fee payable to Sea colony when you arrive children  under 5  are free Rates are per person, before May 13 - $10, May 14 - June 3 - $15  - June 4 - September 2 - $35- September 3 - 16 - $15 September 17 - Dec. 31 10

The recreation fee provides you with a badge which allows full
access to all activities including indoor/outdoor pools and tennis
facilities, use of fitness center, private beach and spa/jacuzzi.
Rates are subject to change.
No extra fees from owner, cleaning, taxes included in price given.
$100 security deposit is required, returned after key is given back
and place is left aoaky.
Once reservation is made, a contract will be sent to you and 1/3
payment is due along with signed contract within 5 days of receiving
contract, then 60 days prior to arrival, 1/3 payment is due and 30
days prior to stay final payment is due.
Cancellation policy is as follows, if condo can be rerented during
time of your stay, 80% will be refunded, no refunds if cancellation
is done 30 days prior to stay.
