bunkroom 'park model'. The comfortable living room, with gas-log fireplace and cable TV, opens into
a sunny dining room. Two bedrooms adjoin bathrooms, and 2 bunks provide extra sleeping space. Well-
behaved, flea-free pets are welcome at Larkspur Cottage!
The front deck is equipped with a charcoal grill. The cottage's wooded lot spans two quiet streets,
with ample parking on two levels. Downstairs, you'll find a storage room with laundry facilities.
Everything you will need is provided: just relax and enjoy the cool mountain air! You'll love to
vacation in this great central location for Blue Ridge activities and attractions. The Blue Ridge
Parkway is less than 10 minutes away. You'll be within about 15-30 minutes of Banner Elk,
Grandfather and Sugar Mountains, Linville Falls, Newland, Spruce Pine, and Blowing Rock. The
Biltmore House in Asheville, just over an hour away, provides a great day trip.
Within Linville Land Harbor resort, you may enjoy the 18-hole golf course, tennis, swimming, fishing,
library, dog park, and recreation center programs. (Some have additional fees per the POA). You
