Vacation Rental Description

In-town, waterfront, classic Victorian on quiet, dead-end street 
with large, sloping lawn to Damariscotta River.  Extremely large 
sunset porch and spacious, comfortable accommodations, 
exquisitely furnished and appointed.  Kayak or canoe from back 
yard with very short, two-minute walk to village and shops, 
restaurants and cinema.   Five bedrooms on second floor, 2 1/2 
bathroom(2 upstairs/1/2 downstairs) including newly custom 
tiled shower and long, antique, clawfoot bathtub for long, 
soothing baths while looking out over Damariscotta River.  Two 
Queen, one double, six twin beds in five upstairs bedrooms with  
additional reading room housing pull-out sleeper sofa 
downstairs off back porch.   Delightful Victorian ambiance!  A 
perfect spot for family reunions, small weddings or small office
retreats!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen and dining room facilities; all linens and towels 
included; washer and dryer;  Barbecue grill, Cable TV, VCR stereo, 
local phone all included.  Some lawn games provided. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming (ocean and lake), golf, sailing, charter fishing, sea 
kayaking, antiquing,  hiking, bicycling, lighthouses nearby, village 
shopping, dining and cinema nearby(short, short walk!).  Ferry from
New Harbor to Monhegan Island nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

May         $2000 per week up to 10 persons
June       $2600 per week up to 10 persons/Monthly @ $6,200
July         $2850 per week up to 10 persons/Monthly @ $8,000
August    $2850 per week up to 10 persons
Sept        $2600 per week up to 10 persons
October  $2300 per week up to 10 persons

*Please add 7% Maine State Lodging tax to above rates.



Security deposit $600 (1/2 rental fee  due at time of reservation 
reservation-refundable-less $400 fee per week- up until 30 days prior to 
beginning of rental-within 30 days of beginning rental date,  
entire rental fee deposit is forfeited. )  Balance of rental payment  
and security deposit due 2 weeks prior to beginning rental date 
All rental charges include normal cleaning charges.  Cleaning 
charges in excess of normal will incur additonal fees.  Rental 
fees are for maximum of 10 persons; additional charges 
(negotiable) beyond 10 persons.  
Week's rental normally runs Saturday to Saturday.
