Five bedrooms on second floor, 2 1/2 bathrooms (2 upstairs/1/2 downstairs) including newly custom tiled shower and long, antique, clawfoot bathtub for long, soothing baths while looking out over Damariscotta River. One King, one Queen, two double, three twin beds and two sleeping cots in five upstairs bedrooms with additional reading room housing pull-out sleeper sofa downstairs off back porch. Delightful Victorian ambiance!

Carriage house loft perfect getaway for couples! Two queen beds in separate lofts with full bathroom and unique architecture and waterfront spot designed for relaxation and romance. Easy walk to Damariscotta village and restaurants, pubs, cinema and shops. Kayak rental nearby.

Full kitchen and dining room facilities; all linens and towels
included; washer and dryer; Barbecue grill, Cable TV, VCR,
local phone all included. Some lawn games provided.

Swimming (ocean and lake), golf, sailing, charter fishing, sea
kayaking, antiquing, hiking, bicycling, lighthouses nearby, village
shopping, dining and cinema nearby(short, short walk!). Ferry from
New Harbor to Monhegan Island nearby.

Jun $2550/week up to 10 persons, house;house and loft=$4200/15 people.

Jul $2650/week up to 10 persons, house;house and loft=$4500/15 people.

Normal cleaning charges and 7% Maine State Lodging Tax inclusive. $600 Security deposit required.

1/2 rental fee due at time of reservation(refundable-less $800 fee
per rental week-up until 30 days prior to beginning of rental).
Security deposit $600 due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Balance or rental due with security deposit within 30 days of
beginning rental date. No refund within 30 days of rental date, though deposit may be applied to another week's rental within one year.
All rental costs include normal cleaning charges. Cleaning
charges in excess of normal will incur additional fees. Rental
fees are for maximum of 10 persons; additional charges
(negotiable) beyond 10 persons.
Week's rental normally runs Saturday @ 5 pm to Saturday @ 11 am.
