street if you have a desire to come home for lunch or to end your
ski day. Whatever you deside, you are at one of the most desireable
and convenient locations in Breckinridge.
You can take a free bus that picks you up just outside
your condo which will take you to the ski area. There are also free buses which
will take you to other ski areas which include Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
This is a luxury and beautifully furnished two bedroom, two and one
half bath penthouse condo which is located just one short block from the
center of Main Street Breckenridge. This unit can sleep eight+
people. There is a queen size bed and full bunk beds in both the
master suite and guest bedrooms.
The quaint Victorian era town of Breckenridge has numerous shops and
restaurants for your enjoyment. If you have the urge to shop or ski
elsewhere, such as Copper Mountain, Keystone or Arapahoe Basin,just
hop on one of the many modes of transportation, and the best thing
is, they're all free. The Town Trolly is a must for the kids.
Turn on the gas fireplace for a perfect evening. If you want to
continue your experience, Sit in the living room or dining room
and enjoy the vaulted ceilings and the million dollar view of the
town and ski slopes from the spacious windows. Each bedroom has a
similiar view.

When you arrive, you will drive under covered parking. The elevator
will take you to the penthouse, top floor.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all full sized
appliances, including a self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster oven, electric can opener and new Corian
counter tops and Corian sinks in both the kitchen and master bath.
There are plenty of housewares and utensils,if you desire to
do your own cooking.
The ceilings in the living room and master suite are vaulted.
There are individual thermostats for every room and your own private
outside covered balcony area with table and chairs. Enjoy the
stereo,cable television,VCR,DVD,CD & MP3 dock located in the living room's
entertainment unit. There is also Wi Fi high speed wireless internet service.
There is a television in each bedroom as well for your enjoyment.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
The half bath is located off the living room, which makes it very
convenient if people are sleeping on the queen size couch.
The gas fireplace is not only beautiful, but is controlled to warm
or heat as you desire.

Relax in one of the newly constructed hot tubs just steps from your
unit. The heated pool (summer months) is adjacent to the hot tubs.
Before you leave for your trip, book on line at Colorado Mountain
Express. This is a great way to avoid renting a car when you arrive
at Denver airport, which will take you right to your door.
The shuttle will also take you to the Breckenridge transfer center.
Take advantage of the free Summit Stage which will take you to other ski areas,
including Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
All town transportation is free.
Grocery shopping is just two short blocks. The Summit Stage will also
take you to and from 80+ outlet stores, just a short ride to the town of Silverthorne.

During the winter season, there is some of the best skiing in North
America. Breckenridge has four ski mountains all inter-connected so
you can ski from one to the other effortlessly. There are excellent restaurants
on all ski mountains. Whether you ski, snowboard or cross country, this area has something
for everyone.
Take a day off and visit the beautiful recreation center. Of course,
it's within walking distance of your condo. It features extensive
activities for adults and children, including a rock climbing wall,
indoor tennis, two swimming pools, basketball court, indoor track,
weight training, aerobic classes, cardio equipment room, and more.
The recreation center is open year round.
During the Summer months you can hike, bike, skate board, white water raft, horse
back ride or golf at the famous Jack Nicklaus designed course. Do all
this while enjoying the ambience of the majestic Rocky Mountains.
