Vacation Rental Description

**We rent 22 homes in the St. Augustine area.  Please inquire for 
more pictures, rates, and information on any of them!!**

It doesn’t get any better than this.  Stunning panoramic views of 
both the ocean and the intracoastal and Summer Haven River.  You are 
so close to the ocean that at high tide you can feel the ocean spray 
on your face.  Luxury abounds throughout this sumptuously furnished 
and extremely private oceanfront mansion. Step from the master suite 
into your private hot tub and hear only the ocean's whispers and the 
beating of your heart(s). No worrisome traffic will break the spell 
of your virtually secluded beach which you will most often have all 
to yourself.  A second spool (extra large pool/spa) on the 
intracoastal side will keep the kids happy or provide luxuriously 
warm bathing sunset views for a dozen or more good friends.  The 
most discriminating visitor will be quite pleased with the amenities

Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless appliances, large 
outdoor grill, garage, washer/dryer, free high-speed wireless 
internet service, unlimited free local/state/national calling 
(international calls available on request), and of course all 
linens, towels -- in short just bring toothbrush and bathing suit

Activities and Attractions

A billboard coming into St Augustine advertises miles and miles of 
the most beautiful beaches in the world ... and the rest is history. 
We are the nation's oldest city, settled in 1565 by Spanish soldiers 
under Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles.  No one should miss touring the 
historic district, walking down St George Street, seeing how King 
Phillip's soldiers lived in the Castillo de San Marcos or perhaps 
taking a carriage ride down cobblestone streets.   The Flagler era 
has Henry Morrison Flagler's original three luxury hotels steeped in 
history as well as his Memorial Presbyterian Church, the finest 
example of Venetian Renaissance architecture in America.
The kids will love the Alligator Farm, the oldest attraction in the 
state of Florida and take then on the free boat ride out to Fort 
Matanzas, the back door fort that ended pirate raids in 1742.  You 
are also only 10 minutes from Marineland and about 90 minutes from 
Mickey Mouse and/or the Space Center.  If you get really bored (hard 
to imagine) call us for a boat ride in the magnificent harbor 
adorned with sail boats and the Bridge of Lions. Your host and local 
historian extraordinaire Gary Hartley might even give his personal 
insights for those brave souls who yearn for "the rest of the story."

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 winter rate: $3200; 2008 High Season: $3600-4500. We accept 
checks, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard. Holiday and special 
events rates are subject to change. Rates for the 2008 summer season 
(ranging from mid-March to the end of September) vary depending on 
traffic. Please inquire for a more detailed rates schedule--we have 
every week of the year broken out with the precise price and fees on 
our website!
