your family to enjoy.  Located less than 200 yards from pristine 
beaches and brilliant ocean waters, this sunny, bright, cottage, 
nestled in the trees, will provide you and your family the comfort, 
convenience, and serenity that you will remember for years.

Whether you enjoy early morning strolls or late evening 
sunsets, ‘Tranquil Pines’ is your sunny vacation get-a-way.  Within 
minutes, you can be walking along the large sandy beaches watching 
the sun rise, jogging through an inviting winding nature trail, 
riding your bicycles on a purpose built bike path, taking a swim in 
the warm waters of the Atlantic or the private community pool, 
immersing yourself in your favorite novel within a large screened 
porch, or standing on a dock taking in one of the most beautiful 
sunsets descending over the famous Currituck Sound.  This cottage 
was designed with the single desire to enjoy the best the Outer 
Banks has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Cabin Fever Season (1/6 - 5/24) $950 ($US) per week
Family Fun Season  (5/25- 8/31) $1250 ($US) per week
Beach Lovers Season (9/1- 11/16) $950 ($US) per week

(Please note:  we will be providing three and four day rental 
packages during the Cabin Fever and Beach Lovers seasons for those 
of you who need long weekend get-a-ways.  And as always, a 50% 
deposit is necessary at least 2 months prior to your arriving with 
final balance needed one month prior to rental date. If, in the 
unlikely event, there is a hurricane that requires Dare County to 
issue a mandatory evacuation for the Outer Banks, we will prorate 
your rental days and return your money to you.)
