Vacation Rental Description

Spacious open plan, absolute beachfront 3 bedroom 
Condominiums with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. 
Full kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, cooking utensils. 
Bright living and dining areas. TV, CD player. In room safes. 
Wireless internet.
Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Second 
bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed. Third bedroom has a private 
entrance and a queen bed. Beachfront patio or balcony with views of 
the ocean include hammock and furniture. 
Daily maid service and purified water. Sleeps up to 7 people. Bring 
in a rollaway for the 8th guest for $10 a night. Comfortable and 
clean. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

La Buena Vida Restaurant --- a favorite open air bar and restaurant, 
serves drinks and casual lunches on the beach and by the pool.  
Dinner is served in the dining room upstairs.  Happy Hour is from 5-
7 pm nightly.  This is a great place to meet the locals and visitors 
to Akumal.  This is a very popular venue for weddings and special 
groups including reunions, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and 
birthday parties.
Akumal Dive Adventures --- Our small professional dive shop provides 
scuba and snorkel instruction and gear rental.  Our instructors are 
PADI certified and available to take you on open water dives and 
snorkeling tours.  The dive shop offers dive/accommodation packages 
for reduced rates in our hotel while diving with Akumal Dive 
Adventures. If you are a diver or are interested in learning to 
dive, let us know and we can suggest the right PADI course for you.  

Activities and Attractions

A 10 minute walk from Vista del Mar, Yal-Ku Lagoon is a pristine 
cenote that is home to a wide variety of sea life.  
Other activities include windsurfing, jungle walks, marine parks, 
scuba diving, cave exploring, fishing, and turtle watching.  Akumal 
is a good spot from which to take many day trips: visit the ruins of 
Tulum, Chichen Itza, and Coba, the Aktun Chen Caves, Xel-Ha Marine 
Park, and the Sian Ka'an Biosphere.  
Playa del Carmen and the island of Cozumel are also popular day 
trips for shopping, diving, and sight seeing.
