Vacation Rental Description

Meticulously maintained three/four bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet  
community.  One mile from secluded public beach.  Walk, bike or  
drive.  No fees.  Only a 4 minute drive to beautiful Narragansett  
Town Beach.  Bike,jog, or walk to Narr. beach on pathway. 10 minutes  
from scenic Newport and The University of Rhode Island.  17 public  
golf courses all within 20 minutes, 5 courses within 10 minutes or  
less!!! 
 
Our home Includes: 
3 bedrooms:  2 with queen beds, 1 with a full sized bed, and a large  
family room/4th bedroom with a full size futon. 2 full bathrooms,  
one on each floor, Living room, Kitchen with new stainless steel  
appliances, Dinette, Deck with gas barbecue, fenced in backyard, 3  
car parking with space for a boat, and an outside shower.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home is fully furnished and equipped with central air  
conditioning, new carpets, new appliances, and ceiling fans in every  
room. We provide a vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer, dishwasher,  
microwave, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker,  
toaster, cable television, a DVD player, and a stereo system.    
Bedspreads and pillows are provided but sheets and pillow cases are  
not.  We also provide 6 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach for  
summer rentals.  Unfortunately the town will not issue extra parking  
passes.  It costs anywhere from $4.00 to 12.00 to park @ R.I.  
beaches.

Activities and Attractions

It's an easy one to three block walk to Dunkin Donuts, Brickley's  
Ice Cream, Roch's market, a local bakery, a driving range, bike  
rentals and a large public park with tennis, basketball, playgrounds  
and more.  The University of Rhode Island public beach is only a 10  
minute walk from our house.  Narragansett beach is only a 4  
minute drive or bike ride.  Multitudes of fine family restaurants,  
outdoor activities and historical sites await you within a short  
drive!  If your looking for a great night out try Newport!  10  
minutes door to door!  The Martha's Vineyard high speed ferry and  
the Block Island ferry are both only about 10 minutes down the road!  
Looking to do a little gambling?  Foxwoods and Mohegan sun are both  
about 45 minutes away!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak season Rates:(Friday to Friday rental) 
June $800.00 per week 
July and August $975.00 per week 
***5% Discount for multiple weeks*** 
 
Off peak rates: 
Sept. thru May: $195.00 per night (2 night min.) 
$800.00/week, $2400/monthly (6 months or more: $1500.00/month) 
$75.00 cleaning fee for each rental period.   
Well behaved dogs: Add $200.00 per week. (Sorry-no cats)
