dream. Flagstone firepit, large entertainment area w/talevera tile  
counter tops & seating for 6. Professional stainless steel BBQ &  
built-in refrigerator. French doors grace each bedroom leading to  
private patios. Spectacular master suite w/private deck, master bath  
w/wood shutters into bedroom above corner spa tub. Separate fully  
equipped mini-gym facing backyard.

$7,500 per month 
($7000 for 2 months or longer and $6500 for 3 months or longer)

Low season (May through October) 
$1,750 per week 
$5,500 per month  
 
Rates subject to change. Holidays may be higher, please inquire.   
$130 cleaning fee.  Reservations confirmed only when rental  
agreement and deposit is recieved. 
Rent includes utilities up to $150/month, $50/week 
Check-in 4p.m. - check-out 10a.m.
