Vacation Rental Description

Large Cottage for rent ( sleeps 8-10 ) in the Shuswap (BC) in
Scotch Creek, which is near Celista and not far from Anglemont on 
the North Shuswap.    
The Cottage is 1600 sq feet and has very comfortable and clean 
bedrooms with 2 ensuites with new washer and dryer
There is a large deck with BBQ. There is a very new well maintained 
Theraputic Hot Tub on the deck and it is surrounded by large cedar 
trees. The cottage is stocked with all new bedding, new beds, pots, 
pans, coffee maker, microwave, new dishwasher and much more. Just 
bring your clothing and beach towels.  NO BEDDING REQUIRED as we 
supply it all including towels.
You will find a wide variety of activities to make your stay on the
Shuswap memorable like hiking, biking, minutes to golfing, 
restaurants, stores, ice-cream stand nearby, swimming, bumper boats, 
boat rentals, go-carts, water sports, and marinas. 
There is a fire pit for evening bonfires which has been a favorite 
for many families. 
You DO NOT have to cross a busy road to beach.  
Bring your bikes for the kids as there is a paved quiet road 
to the beach where kids can ride bikes safely.  
Only a minutes walk to beach. Perfect location for a summer

property was absolutely ideal, spacious, very clean and idealy

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is NOT on a steep up climb so if your not wanting a 
steep walk up lengthy stairs then inquire on this property as it is 
on the flat close to the beach. It is located on a quiet road just 
up from the beach. It is surrounded by large Cedar trees and the 
paved driveway in front of the cottage which makes is easy for parking 
of several vehicles. It will easily accomodate vehicles and a boat, 
seadoos or other recreational vehicles.

You will find a wide variety of activities to make your stay on the 
at this cottage memorable like hiking, biking, minutes to golfing, 
restaurants, store, ice-cream standnearby, swimming, bumper boats, 
boat rentals, go-carts, water sports,white water rafting and  
marinas.

Vacation Rental Rates

We welcome your inquiry.  
We are a very large cottage with over 1600 sq feet of living space. The lower level hold a queen bed 
and 2 singles and is most suitable for the 2nd family. 
The upper level has the 2 bedrooms both of which have very comfortable queen beds. 
There are 2 bathrooms on the upper level.
Make your considerations early as we are typically fully booked by Jan or Feb prior to the summer 
months and we fully book each year due to the popularity of this cottage.

Non Prime time weeks other then Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas 
holidays are available. Please inquire for Holiday weekends or for 
the week.   
 
Prime Time is from the last week in June to 1st longweekend in Sept
Prime Time is $2800.00 per week.

Bookings are from Saturday at 4 p.m. until the following Saturday at 
10 a.m.
