Large Very Clean Beautiful Cottage with hot tub for weekly rental ( sleeps 8-10 ) in the North Shuswap   
The Cottage is 1600 sq feet and has very comfortable and clean
bedrooms with 2 ensuites. A New washer and Dryer for you convienance
as well. There are a total of 5 beds in total. Three of the beds are queens and 2 singles . A cot is available if needed. There is a large deck with BBQ. There is a well maintained
Theraputic Hot Tub on the deck and it is surrounded by large cedar
trees. The cottage has comfortable beds with bedding, Towels.  Kitchen has everything you would need pots, pans, coffee maker, 4 slilce toaster, stove top, oven, microwave, new dishwasher and much more.

You will find a wide variety of activities to make your stay on the
Shuswap memorable like hiking, biking, minutes to golfing,
restaurants, stores, ice-cream stand nearby, swimming, bumper boats,
boat rentals, go-carts, water sports, and marinas. Boat Launch is very close by in the Provincial park which is within walking distance. ( 2 blocks ) 
There is a fire pit for evening bonfires which has been a favorite
for many families.
You DO NOT have to cross a busy road to beach. NO TRAINS NEARBY as there are on the South Shuswap!
Only a minutes walk to beach. Perfect location for a summer

This property is NOT on a steep up climb so if your not wanting a
steep walk up lengthy stairs then inquire on this property as it is
on the flat close to the beach. It is located on a quiet road just
up from the beach. It is surrounded by large Cedar trees and the
paved driveway in front of the cottage which makes is easy for
parking of several vehicles. It will easily accomodate vehicles and a boat and 
seadoos. NOTE: NO RVS OR TRAILERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, however there is a Provincial Campground nearby if friends or relatives are needing a place to accomodate their RV or Trailer.

We are a very large cottage with over 1600 sq feet of living space.
The lower level hold a queen bed
and 2 singles and is most suitable for the 2nd family with a privacy curtain which creates then 2 seperate bedrooms.
The upper level has the 2 bedrooms both of which have very
comfortable queen beds.
There are 2 bathrooms on the upper level.
Make your considerations early as we fully book each year due to the
popularity of this cottage.

Non Prime time weeks other then Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas
holidays are available. Please inquire for Holiday weekends or for
the week.
