Dec - April 30-2007 - $2400 per week/ 9000 per month (4 people) 
May 1-Dec 15, 2007 - $1800 per week/ 6000 per month (4 people) 
 
LAST MINUTE APRIL AND MAY LAST MINUTES SPECIALS:  1500.00 UP TO 6 PERSONS PER WEEK

$150.00 cleaning fee and 9% state of Florida taxes will apply.  Each  
additional person is $25.00 extra per day or $150.00/week for weekly  
rentals.  
Holiday weekly rentals are 20% additional.  Security deposit of  
$1000 to hold reservation with balance due 30 days prior to  
arrival.  Deposit refunded within 10 days of departure.  Electrical  
allowance.
