This newly repainted, carpeted and tiled condo is ideally located for the birder and fisherperson. The intracoastal waterway is out the front door. There are always birds and boats to watch. The condo is just a few steps from the pool.
The master bedroom is upstairs and offers fabulous western views of the ICW and estuary.
The kitchen is well-equipped and the condo is nicely furnished.

golfers, bridge players, walkers and fisherpersons.
vacation rental rates
Rate is $1700 per month, but discounts are given for greater than 3
months and in summer. Deep discount will be offered for annual lease.
10% taxes and $100 cleaning fee apply.
Pets possible with additional deposit and fee, and are subject to
pet clean-up rules of Flagler Beach.
